Golkonda Resorts is a reputed 5-star luxury resort in Gandipet, spread across 13 acres. It offers a magnificent view of the Osman Sagar Lake.

Challenges:

Even though it is a very well-known and established luxury resort, the distance from the city is a major concern. This is the biggest reason why people chose other resorts, that are closer to the city. It was important to communicate that despite the distance this was a resort worth visiting.

Another challenge was the “No Kids Policy” during night times. Families looking for a weekend away from home found this to be a great hindrance.

Solution:

We used the two most powerful online platforms to launch our campaigns, Facebook and Google, driven towards table reservations at The Minar, their most coveted hotel.

Conclusion:

Within 3 months, we saw sharp increase in the number of reservations and the ROI rose by 3X.
